METALOG® Tools
David and Lan Anh have been using Metalog® Tools in Vietnam in team development work, and now are bringing it into their Canadian offerings. David is a Metalog Tools Ambassador and Certified Facilitator.
The Metalog process involves a team undertaking a challenge together, followed by a debriefing and discussion. The process draws heavily on the use of metaphors as the different parts of the process are mapped to realities in the organisation or work process. Each challenge is designed and staged for the specific group using the tool as a vehicle for metaphor. The experiential and fun nature of each of the challenges results in a highly interactive experience with much deeper learning and insights as a result.
We have a range of MetalogTools available we can use in our sessions and workshops with you. Metalog are strong believers in social responsibility and providing inclusive opportunities for everyone, and so their handcrafted tools are produced in sheltered workshops in Germany, providing employment for a number of adults with specific barriers to integration in normal employment.
