Action Learning Coaching
Lan Anh is a Certified Action Learning Coach through the World Institute for Action Learning and can facilitate and lead Action Learning sessions for your organisation. She has gained considerable experience using Action Learning within both Dalat Worsted Spinning and Ninh Thuan Dyeing Textile Factory in Vietnam.
What is Action Learning?
Action Learning is a process where a small group focuses on a specific problem, reflects on the results of their discussion, and then takes action, while learning as an individual, a team, and as an organization. The process involves solving problems while developing leaders in a problem-solving process.
